I have tried the "detail laser template" and an AP template Rick suggested in another thread (check-stub-stub). I have 2-stub checks (top/bottom). I've selected (1) "Line Description", (2) "Description" and (3) "Invoice or Line Description". The only item that prints is the invoice # when the 3rd item above is selected.
I am using Peachtree Professional 2010. We do NOT use purchase orders, nor do we have any type of inventory, strictly service-type industry. I do NOT use Units & Qty. S/W is installed on a brand new Dell server and I am using Dell laptop with Windows 7 Professional. I print on Xerox Workcentre 7655 and/or HP LaserJet 2300n.
Most of my invoices have many line items and a description is needed. Please HELP.
