dash board AR and detail AR

PT complete accounting 2010. the total amount on the dashboard for accounts receivable does not match the detail report from aged accounts receivable. i am sure it is something the client has done wrong but I cant find it.

Data verification if it a database problem. otherwise lokk for general journal entries that include the AR account.

Check your system date. This seems to affect the totals on the dashboards.

Dashboard shows status as of the end date of the selected system period even if the current date is later.

Also, the aging reports only show items that have customer info attached through the Sales screen. If you made any GJEs that affect your receivables account they won't show up in the aging report.
