Printing Problems in PA7

Hi -

We're running PA7 (yes, I know it's really old), using a Panasonic KXP-3626 (yes, I know it's really old).

I can print from everywhere except one workstation running windows 2000. From this workstation, I can print to this panasonic printer from windows itself (windows test page, wordpad, etc.). I can even print a practice form in peachtree. But when I try to print a real form, nothing happens.

Here are my steps:

1. From the Tasks menu, I choose "Sales/Invoicing"
2. I hit edit, and choose an invoice to print
3. I hit the print button, and select the correct invoice form
4. I hit OK, the Print Forms dialog disappears and nothing happens.

Anybody have any ideas?

I am having the same problems printing checks. I Noticed it only happens with custom forms. Don't have problems with the built in stuff. Help! Peachtree Complete v7.0.XX

Have you installed the patches for v7?? Available at: www.peachtree.com/html/PCW_product_update.cfm
