The bookkeeper in my office has had a couple of instances where reconciliations have 'disappeared'.
In march, she had to re-do the february recon and the same thing happened to her in April in the same company. In both instances, the reconciliation report was printed off.
I looked at the event log and saw where she re-did february and where she did march. I don't see where anyone undid a reconciliation, deleted it or made any changes to the reconciliation.
How would a reconciliation be made to go away? I don't think there's an undo button is there? Is it possible she just didn't save it?
