PeachTree Accounting Complete Demo

I've installed the PeachTree Accting Complete demo to investigate mainly the accounts payable function for use in our company. Questions:
1) When entering invoice details, there is only 1 date field, presumably the Invoice Date. Is the Data Entry Date tracked as well?
2) I am unable to change what fields to Filter in the standard reports. Is it because I'm using the demo version or is it the same in the full version?
3) Where can I download a demo of Crystal Reports for PeachTree? I'm hoping that this add-on might solve my dilemma.

1) If you turn on the audit trail, you can see the data entry date on the audit trail report.

2) You cannot add additional fields to the reports.

3) Don't know about downloading a CR demo - you might contact PT about that.
