problem a loading with NAV

I have Norman Antivirus Control instaled in a PC, since it installs, peachtree delays 3 minutes to loading, sombody to say an in version 8 can be improved a loading or if it has problems with nav

The best way to avoid this probelm is to exclude peachtree file from scanning by your virus software.

For NA 2000. go to option and exclusions and add peachtree files into the list. This will help in speed up loading peachtree files.

One thing for sure is some anti virus software will affect peachtree files loading performance. You can check with your virus vendor and ask for some advise.

I have also found that if you exclude btrieve files (wbt*.* and w32mkde.exe) from scan it helps to speed P'tree back up.
