Print Vendors part Number

Hi

I would like to print the vendors part numbers instead off the item when I email or print a purchase order.

Can anybody help

You can set up inventory items with different descriptions in the For Sales and For Purchases fields. We use the For Purchases field to enter the vendor's part numbers/descriptions/etc. to appear on purchase orders. Our normal description entered into the For Sales field appears on quotes, sales orders and invoices.
