I'm setting up a company using account segments (three different venues) How can I get a total of all three in the Income statement showing as one line instead of all three?

You can try to use the Peachtree Financial design Wizard built into the Reports program. You can also contact a Peachtree Certified Consultant that can connect to your computer remotely and teach you how to design your financials.

I've already read everything there is to know - is it possible that this is not doable in Peachtree Premium Accounting 2008 (SR-3)?

I and other Certified Consultant can design the FS so that they total. It is not an easy answer and I recommend contacting a Certified Consultant in your area that can do this for you.
