Quickbooks premier 2005 to Peachtree 2010

I am trying to import company data in quickbooks premier edition 2005 but i am not getting all my data.
How can i convert company data in quickbooks premier edition 2005 to peachtree complete 2010?

Peachtree provides an QuickBooks to Peachtree conversion program. Open Peachtree and the Splash Screen, you will have 4 Options:
- Open an Existing Company
- Create a New Company
Other Tasks:
- Convert from Another Accounting Program (select this choice)

Follow the prompts to convert QuickBooks to Peachtree.

If you do not see this Peachtree opening screen, with Peachtree open, click on OPTIONS and remove the check mark adjacent to "Start Last Company Open".
