Backup wont work Quantum

I can't seem to restore from any one of several backups. I get about 65% done, & then a message saying the backup was not successful.

I may have created a problem last week. I ran integrity check overnight, & it didn't work, something hung up, & quantum wouldn't work.. So I reran the integrity check the next day, & it worked, but a couple small journal entries were reversed.

What could cause backups not to restore? I do this about once a week without problems

Your data could be damaged or the backup could be bad. Have you tried selecting "New Company" when you go through the restore wizard? You can also change the file extension to .zip and open it as a zip file, if you do this then the subdirectory should be placed in the folder named Company.
