What version of Internet Explorer is compatible?

I gather some versions of Internet Explorer are not compatible with Peachtree...If I have installed an uncompatible version what do I do now??? I am using Peachtree Accounting 2002 & I'm not sure how to tell what version of Internet Explorer I am using???
I get error messages "Internet Explorer Script Error" - Error object reuired: 'ptLib' - "Do you want to continue running scripts on thie page?" - also "ptLib is undefined"

What version of Peachtree are you using, and what version of Internet Explorer do you have? Posting as much information as possible significantly increases your chances of getting an answer.

I was not sure what version of Peachtree you are using.

For Peachtree First Accounting 2002 and Peachtree Complete Accounting 2002 (value pack), this applies:

-Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher (Internet Explorer 5.5 is included)

If you are already using this IE version, then you may have to reinstall it or update it.
