Open Invoices

The majority of our A/P is charged to job numbers. I am looking for a way to list open invoices for a particular job number or, at least sorted by job number.

You can't do this within Peachtree, so your best options to pursue are either Crystal Reports or PawCOM (www.acctadv.com/pawcom).

Thanks for your reply. We've kludged around it so far by prepending each vendor's invoice number with a 3 digit job number and a "." This at least allows us to export the invoices to excel and sort on the invoice number.
