Premier 2006 to Pro 2010 [Archive]

Can I convert my clients business accounting from Premier 2006 to Pro 2010? I'll keep the programs separate, but if I load the data backup from Premier into Pro will it convert? Anybody ever tried this? All comments are welcome.
