Print Button Missing in GJE

I am usually the one answering questions, but this one has me stumped.

Release: Peachtree Quantum 2010
Build: 17.0.00.0724

Terminal services environment on Server 2003.

Client changed servers, hardware only and with the same data, log in, and security settings, the PRINT button on the General Journal Entry screen is not there.

I have changed desktop settings, and DPI to 96, but still does not show.

The old server still has Peachtree available and if we move it to the old server, the PRINT button shows, and he is able to print.

Consider installing the Peachtree SR-1 update for Peachtree 2010.

Thanks Rick. I will go ahead and have them do that, but it was not listed on the items corrected with the SR. Worth a shot at this point though.

PT 2009 version does not have print button for GJE. May be PT 2010 onwards has print button ?
