Does PT have the capability to pay employees using a percentage rate figured on the revenue they haul for the 2 week pay period?

No. You would need to track this, calculate in excell, and then enter into Peachtree. I have a logging client, and they pay per load, or percentage there of. So when they do payroll the hours is used for loads. So if an employee hauled 22.6 loads, they would enter 22.6 hours.
