I want the items on invoices to say whether they are taxable or not, ie with a "T" or "E". How do I do that? Now it just gives one total but you don't know what items are taxable.
My old version did this.
Also, how do I print a multiple of invoices at once?

There's no functionality within the software to indicate T or E for taxable or exempt on the invoice. The only possible idea is to append a (T) or (E) to the end of your inventory IDs. Of course, this would mean changing the existing IDs manually, but it's an option.
Regarding printing multiple invoices, I presume that you're speaking of printing a range, e.g. invoice 100 through 110. To do so, choose Reports, Accounts Receivable, Invoices/Packing Slips, then select your form and click Print. On the Filter tab you can make your selections, while on the Format tab you can select the number of copies that you wish to print.
