Check #s print date in wrong place on first check printed

The date appears in the wrong place on the first check printed. Used to work fine but now is placing it the wrong area on the first check. If multiple checks are printed, the ones after the first are ok.

Used to do this random, now everytime.

Is there a local file that manages print functions that may be corrupt?

There are custom check settings on the AP Maintenance Screen, followed by more references to AP Check settings in the AP Maintenance Screen - Set AP Options, followed by your choice of Printers and drivers for AP Checks. My leaning would be towards a printer / print driver choice setting.
