When I open company & Peacthree Today appears it only lists options (My Business, My Resources, etc.) & no longer shows charts & graphs etc. When I click on one of the options - My Business I get an error message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Internet Explorer Script Error
Line 29
Char 5
Error object required:'pt.Lib (or ptLib is undefined)
Code 0
URL file: //c:\PEACHW\PTToday\intro.htm (or)

Do you want to continue running scripts in this page

Try these things:
First uninstall and reinstall Peachtree Program files. That way you reinstall the Peachtree configuration of IE.
Check for errors and if you are still having problems, go to www.microsoft.com, search for MDAC and download the file.
And finally if that does not work you can go to
microsoft.com/msdownload/vbscript/scripting.asp and download scripting files directly from microsoft.
Good Luck !!!!!

damaging/losing info that I have input for the last year??? Also, for more background info... it seems that I no longer have any info available of the MY BUSINESS section of PTToday... It just says loading... after the script error messages & doesn't go any farther... I can't get into MY PREFERENCES to change anything...

Back up your company. And once you reinstall just build a shell company and restore your backup.
The procedures I sent you are the ones that Peachtree recommends for scripting errors. It has worked for me in the past.
If you are uncomfortable utilizing the procedures on your own you can call Peachtree directly to walk you through or call a Peachtree Resource Center in your area.

MDAC download should be a last resort, have you uninstalled and reinstalled peachtree yet, make sure to load IE from the cd first.
