New to software and trying to setup export data to Excel for invoices and sales orders. Found report for invoice register which I added coulmns to but don't know how I was able to add greyed out columns (qty, unit price). Need some help with this one.
Trying to create similar report for sales orders and can't get past greyed out fields.
Is there a better way to create export file templates. Company has representative and we are going to electronic format instead of individual invoice print out. Would like to export invoices monthly with key data (invoice number, invoice date, ship to informations (address, city, state, zip, country), customer po, sales rep id, qty, description, unit price, and amount (line item) in Excel format.
