IQW will not print AR data in correct fields. e.g. It will print Customer Number but not Customer Name. It puts SHIP VIA data in CUSTOMER NAME field. It worked fine a couple of months ago.

I am also having this issue. Any ideas anyone? To OP: Did you ever get the issue resolved?

Consider reindexing the Customer file. Seemingly, IQW is pulling the wrong data possibly due to corrupted data or record indexes in the Customer.dat files.

There are two main parts to this subject; Peachtree - Customer File and IQW -DD Master File.

Open your Company, click on Utiliities and then Backup / Restore. When your backup is finished, click on RECOVER DATA FILES on the Utilities Menu. Select Accounts Receivable - Recover all Files. Then check IQW to see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists run the Peachtree Backup program for IQW / PDQ Data files. Do NOT place this backup in the same location or media as the previous Peachtree data file backup.

The next step would be to re-index the IQW DDMASTER.DAT file. From a COMMAND or CMD Prompt, migrate to the Peachtree program folder (I.E. C:\PCA) and copy the DDMASTER.DAT and DDMASTER.IDX files to a safe location. Next type DDINDEX DDMASTER.DAT and press the ENTER key.
