Help! We just switched to Peachtree from another system, and to our dismay Peachtree is unable to generate the commissions report that we need.
We use independent sales reps, who are paid commissions when invoices are paid. This is how most businesses handle this. Unfortunately, Peachtree can only generate a sales rep report based on when invoices are generated.
I can't even get Peachtree to export to necessary raw data I need to Excel so I can generate the report myself. (For example, I can export the cash receipts report but it does not contain the commissioned and noncommissioned items, and it doesn't use the sales rep codes)
Anyone have any suggestions, or better yet, a macro that can generate this report? We can't be the only company using Peachtree that had outside sales reps who are paid commissions when invoices are paid?
