We get a System Error 73 whenever we "Delete Previously Posted Invoices" during our month end process. Does anyone know what to do about this? Thank you for any help you can provide!

Error 73 does not appear to be a Peachtree error message. The only finding that I have seen talks about a Windows Registry problem. Are you using Peachtree DOS Version 11.0 or Peachtree Windows Version 2011?

The research that I have done on this says that System Error 73 is a general hardware error caused specifically by the Ethernet port. So I'm guessing that maybe either you are having a communication problem between the computer and the data (local vs network), or maybe the Peachtree Sales Invoice data file is so big (Previously Posted Invoices) that it's not responding in a timely manner, and hence, is throwing up this communication error.

Backup your data files and then run the Peachtree Utility labeled RECOVER DATA FILES for both the Accounts Receivable and the Sales Order Entry modules. This feature is located under Utilities on the Main Menu.
