I want to attach files to a journal entry. I do not see where that is possible. But I see this online :

"Attachments in Peachtree work just as the name suggests: you can “attach” any electronic file (spreadsheet, photo, PDF file, Word document, etc.) to either a Peachtree transaction (e.g., an invoice, a journal entry, etc.) or to a “master record” (customer, vendor, job, etc.)."

Is this referring to a different version of Peachtree?? I am using Premium for Non-Profits 2010

Here is an excerpt from the Peachtree program's built in HELP.

You can add attachments to the following record types or transaction types: customers, vendors, employees, inventory items, jobs, change orders, budgets, sales invoices, payments, receipts, purchases/receive inventory, payroll, Cash Flow Manager, time tickets, and expense tickets.

When you are adding an attachment to a record or transaction, you must save the record or transaction before you can add an attachment. Peachtree can only add attachments to records or transactions that it recognizes as in the system. An unsaved record or transaction is not considered to be in the system yet.
