Peachtree 13 all of a sudden not printing

My husband uses Peachtree 13 for his work invoicing, etc. It's been loaded on Windows XP and has been working fine. A few days ago it stopped printing to the printer. (A Kodak all-in one). Up until then it had been printing fine.

I can print to that printer from any other program in XP.

I can print from the "?" Help icon within Peachtree 13.

When I try to print an invoice or anything in Peachtree 13 it shows the job go into the print queue and says "sending to printer"....and it stays in there and does not print.

I have tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling. Switching the USB port on the printer. Rebooting/Power Cycle both the computer and the printer with the same results.

Consider running RECOVER DATA FILES from the Utility Menu while selecting SYSTEM FILES from the menu.

If the problem persists. go back to the Company ID login screen and press the F5 Key to enter the programs Configuration Options. Select your configuration ID, typically it will be CO and then select Setup Pritners from the Menu list. Check Printer #1 settings which should be listing your Kodak printer. You can click on the drop down menu icon to the right of the printer name. Your next line settings are likely to be 'S' for Sheet paper versus 'C' for continous paper and adjacent to this setting 'N' for Print Direct.
