I just ran my Inventory valuation report as of 7-31-02. There are three item ids with values, but all three should be zero. After running my item costing report, I discovered that the inventory valuation report and the item costing report have different values for the same item id. I talked to three support people at Peachtree and no one has been able to solve this problem. I ran the integrity check 3 times. What is even more alarming, I run the item costing report for a specific item id with a date range of July 1 to July 31 and I get a different value as of 7-31-02 than when I run the same report with a date range of 6-1-02 to 7-31-02. The value as of 7-31-02 should be the same regardless of what date range I select. I am extremely disappointed in the Peachtree support I have received today. I asked to speak to a specialist and they would not allow it. I have to wait 24 hours for them to return my call. Has anyone else run across this problem with inventory? I have been using Peachtree for 6 years and I have been doing the same thing for 6 years. I never had this problem with inventory until we installed version 8. Please help!
