Did not sell item in invoice register but appearing as sold in inventory reports???

We are having strange transactions in the inventory reports.
The invoice register is correct but there are transactions
of sold item appearing from no where???

Anyone has this problem before and how can
I rectify this.....??/

We have also begun to experience the same issue. Still reviewing past month(s) inventory transactions to verify when it began and if there really is an effect on inventory levels at end of month.

I have at least 4 items that indicate "sold" yet there was no sales order.
