Faxing forms from PCAW 7

We recently upgraded from MS Windows 98 to MS Windows XP Pro. With 98 our Peachtree Complete fax printer worked. After the upgrade to XP Pro we cannot fax forms with either WinFax Pro or MS Fax. The forms appear to go through the printing process properly and the form closes as usual but the send fax window does not open. Both Winfax Pro and MS Fax work properly with all our other applications.

I would try setting up a completely new Peachtre fax form from scratch and see if that does it

I second has@bdssr.com's opinion. Peachtree forms sometimes get corrupted. Starting over from one of the default forms generally resolves the problem, or you can try restoring the form from a backup. PTB files can be opened with WinZip, from which you could extract just the form file.

I have tried to create a new form in a new company. Still have the same result.

The only other suggestion that I have is to run LiveUpdate to make sure that you have all of the patches for WinFax.

Try running WinFax and keep it open before faxing from Peachtree.
