We are running Peachtree Premium 2012 and use Simple Payroll Direct Deposit. In 2012 we are setting up an HSA for our employees, and I am trying to figure out a way to direct deposit the Employee HSA contribution directly to their HSA account. I am running into a problem because the Net Paycheck amount does not include the HSA deduction...Any ideas?
