I need a report on the total cost of several jobs set up in Peachtree Complete.
The problem is that the purchase order data is not included because the services or goods have not been received, thus it is not entered anywhere except in the purchase order data file. How can these costs be included in a report?

You can't do this within the program, unfortunately. You can:

Export the transaction files to Excel and aggregate the data there
Use a solution like PawCOM (http://www.acctadv.com/pawcom)
Use Dynamic Data Exchange (http://www.acctadv.com/go.mv?id=dde)
Hire a consultant to automate the report for you
