Hello Everyone,
I am posting an error that a client has that is driving them crazy. We upgraded (???) from PT v8 to PT v10 on a Win2k workstation. Since the upgrade, PT 10 crashes contantly. We have downloaded the most recent patches.
If my client minimizes PT, it crashes. If she prints sometime crashes. If she opens Outlook Express it crashes. Some times it crashes just to crash. PT crashes about 5 times aday.
When PT crashes all it tell us is that PEACHW.EXE has generated errors and produces a Dr Watson log. I have made the modification to the config.nt file, as listed on the PT website, regrading the files options in an attempt to correct the problem with no luck.
Does anyone have this problem? I did also note errors in MKDEMSG.LOG file that are related to PT but have been unable to locate information concerning them.
