When I try to access a certain business it gives me an error that it is in single user mode. However no else with access has it open. When I try to log in to a different company file, it works fine. What can be the cause of this? How do I get around this?
Thanks for your help!

The exact error message I get is,
"You are attempting to perform a process to your company data that requires single user access. Please try again when no other users are accessing PeachTree Accounting for Windows"
However, this doesn't happen when I view other company files.
Hope this helps you help me!

This usually happens when the program has closed abnormally. Have you rebooted the computer where the data is located and the workstation.

Restart your computer and the server. That should remedy the problem.

Thanks for your help!
By restarting all the workstations with peachtree installed, we were able to get it to work properly.
Thanks again.
