Error in Payroll with complete 8.0

After selecting "tasks" and "Select for payroll entry" and "Select employees to pay" in Peachtree 8.0, I run into a problem after entering the employees hours. When trying to run the "report" to preview the payroll before printing, I get the following errors:

Peachtree has caused an error in Peachw.exe
Peachtree has caused an error in MSVBVM60.dll

This happens all of the time. Of course, PeachTree shuts down after this and all of the payroll information entered is lost.

Please help.

I've been working at a payroll company for almost a year and I still have a year left until I get my degree in Finance. I'll be applying for a financial analyst job next year after graduating. I've gotten other job offers, but they were all located too far. I'm getting the CEO with many tasks. I work with some accounting, taxes, and payroll. Do you think this job will look good on my resume when I apply for the financial analyst position? Please advice me.

Any experience that you can put on your resume in a related field helps.

You might also look at other jobs within the payroll company since they already know what you are capable of doing. Good luck.
