We currently use 2003 on a Windows 2000 platform. Does anyone have accounts payables that are not currently due? In our industry we call this dating but a more appropriate term may be Future Accounts Payable. We currently go through a process of posting the payable and setting the future due date. This does makes the Cash Manager Analysis accurate. However all of these future payables are included in the 0-30 days due on the Aged Payable report.
I was wondering if there is anyone who has a simple system to identify these future payables. I would like an automatic process to move these payables from "future" to "current" as they come due. Thanks

Peachtree doesn't support any sort of move from "future" to "current". Typically, if the future payables are dated beyond the date of your aged payables report, they shouldn't appear on the report at all. Try running your Aged Payables report as of Today and see if that works. It sounds like you're using the This Period choice instead.
