I need to restore co. data from winxp to win2000mil in peachtree, but I get a message that backup isn't 32-bit. Do I need to do something when I backup from winxp?

I did a backup to a floppy within peachtree backup on xp and tried to restore on winme within peachtree.

Try using winzip to decompress the backup into a folder. Then restore the data into the company in question.
