Hello,
first time on any kind of forum, so please be patient!
I am wondering if there is anyway to convert, export, "print to" a quote or an invoice? I have more and more customers who would like a quote or invoice sent to them via email. The best way would be to "print to" a Word document. Any ideas?? I was thinking I could figure out how to export an individual quote info into Excel or something, but that would be time consuming, and as well there is no export feature for these forms in Peachtree. Thought someone might have a better idea?
If this is not possible peachtree better be figuring this out. But I really don't want to upgrade two or three versions to get this function.
Thanks
Jim

Printing to PDF is your best bet. One solution is a $19.95 program called 602 PrintPack (http://www.acctadv.com/go.mv?ID=printpack). You can use this software to print any document in Peachtree or any other Windows based program to an e-mail.
Or, if you own the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you already have the proper software. If not, Acrobat is $200+.

Has anyone used "602 Print Pack" program for printing Peachtree 2002 invoices? I get a jumbled mess in the PDF format, as well, when I try the other method, i think it is "print to email", it crashes my whole system? I just purchased this yesterday, and I don't even get one fee phone call or email to the support for this product.
At least from jail I get one free phone call ;-)
THanks

It's worked well for me. I'd try uninstalling, then reinstalling the product.

I too have the same issue, I need to export the peachtree invoices to an Excel or Word format as most of my customers don't have Adobe Acrobat nor would I like to rely on their ability to install it on their machines so they can receive my invoices. Is there a fix to this or are PDF files the only way? Please advise. Thank you.

This may be more than you want to spend on a solution, but PawCOM (http://www.acctadv.com/pawcom) allows you to copy invoices to the Windows clipboard, which you can then paste in to an e-mail, Word, or Excel.

saw someone suggest that you maximize the invoice screen so you can see all line items, take a shot of the window with alt/print-screen, paste it into word and email that or paste it into paint, save as a .bmp and attach that to an email. size may be an issue if you get over 2mb for some mail servers but you can manipulate that.

Hamlet,
If you're still looking for a way to email items from Peachtree try the link below. I'm had good success with PDF mailer. Very simple to install and to use.
It loads as a print driver and lets you convert anything you can print to a pdf file.
