I am new to Peachtree. We have 2 companies, one in Louisiana and one in Mississippi. How can these two companies share data (inventory)?

The short answer is you can't. Your best bet at sharing information is to consider using pcAnywhere or another remote access solution for each location to be able to access the files of the other.

Thank you. Like I said I am new to this, after I purchase PcAnywhere what is the next step? Do both the Louisiana office and the Mississippi office have to install this software? How does peachtree work in conjunction with pcAnywhere?

You need two copies of pcAnywhere. When one location dials into the other location, they'll be taking over the computer that they're dialing into. At that point, it's as if they're sitting in front of the computer. If you're not familiar with this arrangement, your best bet is to pay someone to configure the software and train your staff on its use.i
