We have a customer who is receiving the following error in two different reports, one of which is the "Weekly PR Journal".

"Peachw caused an Exception 10h in module Pchlib32.dll at 017f:1900c5c9"

I have compared this PC's configuration to the other PC's which run the reports fine, it appears to have the same configuration. The PC has even had a fresh reload a couple of months ago to try to correct the problem.

I have even tried shutting off all TSR's and running the report - still fails.

Any help would be appreciated.

This error is caused by an incompatibility with the printer driver. Install a compatible printer driver, setting it as the windows default printer and then try to print the report again.
