when i add new inventory, the new item quality on hand is stuck on a neg. 14 items,so if i add 20 items it come up with only 6 on hand, it also shows sales and cost of sales as well as number sold and number received, i cannot seem to zero these except manually by going to inventory after the add is completed and then add 14 more items to bring my numbers back into focus
How is this possible and where do i go to correct this. i do all of my adding of inventory through purchase order ,so this is creating a very hugh problem for me and it took me 2 weeks to wonder how my inventory was not being added to correctly
