We have PT 8 . When a sales invoice is made on an inventory item that doesn't have enough inventory for that sale and then the purchase invoice is put with a date after the sales invoice , the cost of sales is computed correctly in G/L but the Sales Journal doesn't show the reduction in Inventory and increase in Cost of Sales.
Does anyone else know of quirks in using Inventory?
Earlier in this Forum there seemed to be a problem with changing invoice dates but I could not duplicate it.
I had a clientin manufacturing that used Assemblies but his bill of materials kept changing and he had a hard time constantly building new assemblies.Does anyone with a constantly changing inventory item have success using assemblies?
