Hi,

I am running Peachtree 7.0 w/patch on a peer-to-peer network of 7 users. We have been using Windows 98 but I want to make the switch over to Windows 2000 for the sake of stability and network speed.....

Can anyone confirm that Peachtree 7.03XXXX will work under Windows 2000 without problems??? If so what network protocol I be using?

Are there any other "tricks" necessary to get this combo running smoothly!!!!

Thanks alot,
Jeff

The problem i found that you had to have admin rights for it to work properly. If my user wasn't set to admin rights, it would ask for the reg number everytime i opened it. I also found it had some stability problems working over the network. Switched to version 8 and wow, what a difference. So, yto answer your question...yes it works, but we didn't have that much luck with it.
