In our business it is not very unlikely to have a picking ticket with anywhere from 15 to 45 line items. Unfortunately if even only one item is backordered on the picking ticket and the backorder is printed Peachtree (from what I kknow so far) will print every single line of the order even if that item has been shipped complete. Our customers will order "1" piece of let's say 45 items. If the original picking ticket takes up 3 pages and then the shipment is made and then invoiced and the backorder printed out we end up with 3 pages of a backorder picking ticket with only one item to ship remaining. This creates TONS OF PAPER. I know the solution would be DO NOT BACKORDER but we all know this is not always possible. Is there any way to supress the lines that have been shipped complete on a backorder picking ticket? This really made me think yesterday when my Order Entry/Invoicing person printed out the backorders for me to review yesterday before sending them to our public warehouse for shipment. I was handed this huge stack of papers and every order had a minimum of 3 to 4 pages but only one item backordered. We happened to run out of an item - oh my !!! I think maybe I should create a custom picking ticket using Crystal and have her print the backorders using my custom created Crystal form instead. HEY that's a good idea. But if anyone has any other suggestions or does know of a way to supress the lines that have been shipped complete please let me know.

Thanks
Mark
