Sales commission

I own a direct mail company and we invoice our customer for services we perform. At times, we subcontract with outside vendors. The sales commission on subcontracted work is paid on the profit, not on the gross. The sales commission on work we do on the premises is paid based on gross sales. Can Peachtree distinguish between the two on one customer invoice?
