I am upgrading from 8.02 to 9.0. When I try to convert my data it fails. The error is that it cannot complete the conversion. It stops on a file named "UP~B~BAK\GENERAL.LCK" I have checked to see if any such file existists and cannot find one. I have also ran all the integrily checks, removed all LCK files and still receive the same error. I was able to convert another company , so it appears the software was loaded correctly. Can anyone help????
