In the past, everytime we would enter Receipts (clicking on Tasks, then clicking on Receipts), the Cash Account drop-down list(below Payment Method on the right end of the screen) would always show the corresponding Chart of Accounts number and not the description. Then, all of a sudden, without doing anything, it now shows just the description and not the Chart of Accounts number (which we prefer to use over the description). In addition, one of the accounts has stopped showing up in this drop down list, even though the actual Chart of Accounts still shows this account. What gives? Please help as we need to close our books for our fiscal year.
