Inventory Reports

I desperately need to analyze item sales by customer, but Peachtree doesn't seem to have a report for this. Am I missing something? Also, the Units Sold column on the "Inventory Unit Activity Report" is completely wrong. The numbers seem to be overinflated, and I can't figure out how it's compiling this misinformation. Help!

I am seeing the same problem with the Inventory Unit Activity report. The erroneous sales figures are the same as those showing in the history tab of "Maintain Inventory Items". Does anyone know where it is all coming from. The GL Inventory account seems to have the correct information. The units on hand figures also seem to be OK per my people who actually count things. I AM glad to see that it must be the software, not something we have set up incorrectly, as you are having the same problem.

I may have found the solution. Take a look at a thread called "Ghost sales in history". It isn't pretty, but probably does the job. It requires doing an integrity check which takes a long time. Check it out! I hope I've helped both of us.
