Invoices to indicate Back Orders

Dear All,

We occaisionally have special backorders where nothing on a sales order is shipped. We would like to print an invoice to mail to the customer to show that his items are backordered. When we print the invoice nothing shows at all. How can I get a fully back ordered sales order to print out on an invoice?

As long as the sales order has been converted to an invoice (even if you ship nothing), then you can print the invoice labeled "Invoice Plain w/Freight w/BO".
