i first get a message that says this program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down.....it shuts down.....when i reboot and try to restart peachtree an error message says "A previous instance of peachtree accounting for windows terminated abnormally" HELP!!!
Im using Peachtree for windows version 6.0

Are you on a network?

If you are, then the network still thinks that Peachtree was shut down abnormally and gives you the error message. Try to Restart the server.

If you're not on a network, then go to Start, Shutdown, Shutdown. Leave the computer turned off for a full minute. Then restart the computer.
