Printing Issues

I am having problems with printing on Complete Accounting using W98 on a HP LaserJet6. They are getting System Error and /or Form Printing is Canceling and then it will reboot the machine.

Please help. I do not know Peachtree well enough to know what to look for. It is only happening with this application.

Try using HP Laserjet IV printer driver or the HP Laserjet II driver. Sometimes drivers are not compatible with Peachtree. Loading a new driver usually works.

We are also using the HP 6 and have no problems with it. We have a P2P network and 3 machines hooked to it. Two are running w98se and one win95. The one that runs w95 has the printer connected to it and we are fine. since I am not infront of the printer now and can not double check for you I believe our printer is set at driver 6 but in enhanced mode. try that.

Sorry I had the wrong model printer. Does any have any problems with HPLJ4Plus?

The forms we are using are adjusted to our needs some we did make some change to these forms. I saw somewhere that customized forms could cause problems.
