Have just change printers from a HP970 to a HP5550 DeskJet. Never had a problem with the HP970 when printing in Peachtree Acctg Complete Ver. 7.0 until now.
When I change the printer, any form (Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase, etc) I try to print brings up a Microsoft Windows Warning Message, "There was no room to store those printer setup parameters in the form file". If I ignore the message and continue to print, the form I select will print over and over again.
Reports from Peachtree print correctly and so do any of the other programs that are on my Windows 2000 PC.
If I change the default printer back to the HP970, the warning message does not appear. Does anyone know of a solution to the problem I described? Other than going back to the HP970, does anyone know if upgrading Peachtree to a newer version would solve the problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
