PT Won't let save inv. total of zero

Thank you, I tried it, but PT won't let me save the Purchases/Receive (inv.) when it totals zero. When I changed the figures to equal zero, it says "Paid in Full" at the top so I know it would not show up in aged payables, but then it won't let me save it. Do you think it's because it's in inactive? I'll take it out and see what happens. Any other suggestions?

Peachtree will not save invoices with a total of zero. It is a limitation of the program.

Would this get around the limitation: enter two invoices, one for $1 and another for -$1?

Another approach: click the Payment Received button at the bottom of the invoice and enter a "payment" amount that matches the invoice amount. Change the cash account to the revenue account for the invoice. This net out to zero on your books with a single transaction.
